Kevin Forrest Biography
Kevin Forrest was born in New Orleans and then moved to Scotland when he was 10, where he first learned to edit using two VCRs and a make shift soundboard. Kevin moved to Portland and is currently pursuing his degree in Multimedia.
Kevin has been credited as contributing videographer on the documentary “The Art of the Storm” by Stephanie Watts, which was a very personal project for Kevin as his parents lost their house in hurricane Katrina. Kevin also loves working with local filmmakers and media artists who constantly inspire him. Kevin has an interest in all aspects of film and video production from pre-production, gripping, camera and editing.
Kevin’s editing system has been upgraded from two VCR’s and a make shift soundboard to Final Cut Pro on a Macbook.
